Custom Products & Submission Guidelines
All custom items in our store are made-to-order based on the design files, photos, or text you submit:

  • Color & Display Variations: Colors, artwork placement, and final product appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes.
  • Customer Content Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions for any text, images, or designs you upload for customization. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing illegal, offensive, or trademark-infringing content.

 

Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or unauthorized account activity. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We are not responsible for foreign transaction fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or bank processing charges levied by your payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by carrier delays, peak seasonal volumes, or severe weather conditions. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery operations are beyond our direct control.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address details provided during checkout.

 

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order products, customized items are non-refundable and ineligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Verification Requirements: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof. If multiple items are damaged, all affected items must be shown together in a single photo for verification.
