Processing Time
All custom orders are made-to-order. Production typically takes 4–7 business days before your item ships.

Shipping Time
United States (Mainland): 4–7 business days after shipping
U.S. Outlying Islands / Remote Areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands): 7–14 business days after shipping
APO / FPO / DPO Military Addresses: 10–30 business days after shipping
Freely Associated States (Palau, Micronesia, Marshall Islands): 10–20 business days after shipping

Peak Season Delays
During major holidays or peak seasons (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Black Friday), both production and shipping carriers may experience higher-than-usual volumes.
Processing may extend by an additional 1–3 business days, and delivery may take 2–5 extra business days depending on the carrier’s workload and your location.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can monitor your package’s progress at any time.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
